"Blue Dog" Zombie

Ingredients

12.5 ml Plantation Overproof Rum, 12.5 ml Goslings Bermudan Dark Rum, 12.5 ml Chairman's Reserve Spiced Rum, 12.5 ml Chairmans Reserve White Rum, 12.5 ml Gabriel Boudier Apricot Brandy, 12.5 ml Gomme Syrup, 25 ml Lime Juice, 25 ml Orange Juice, 25 ml Pineapple Juice, ¾ Passion Fruit

Garnish

¼ Passion fruit

Recipe

1. Pour ¾ of the passion fruit flesh, gomme syrup and lime juice into a shaker and muddle

2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the shaker with ice and shake

3. Strain into a highball glass over ice

4. Garnish with a passion fruit quarter
