45 ml Bombay sapphire gin, 22.5 ml Simple syrup, 15 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice, 4 Pitted cherries, 8 Blueberries, Soda water

Recipe

1. Muddle blueberries and cherries in a Collins glass

2. Pour the gin, lemon juice and syrup into the glass and stir

3. Top up with soda water

4. Garnish
