45 ml Rye whiskey (50% ABV), 22.5 ml Cinzano Bianco vermouth, 22.5 ml Pineapple juice, 1 dash Peychaud’s bitter

Garnish

Pineapple chunk

Recipe

1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake

2. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass

3. Garnish
