Ingredients

45 ml Dry gin, 22.5 ml White crème de cacao, 22.5 ml Single cream, ½ Egg white

Garnish

Ground nutmeg

Recipe

1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake

2. Strain into another shaker and shake again without ice

3. Fine strain into a coupe glass
