Ingredients
60 ml Cognac, 30 ml Triple sec, 30 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice, 15 ml Rich syrup, Soda water

Recipe
1. Pour the cognac, Triple sec, lemon juice and syrup into a shaker with ice and shake
2. Strain into a Collins glass over ice
3. Top up with soda water
4. Garnish
